Thank you for shopping with Spiritualist Sanctuary! Every order is carefully handcrafted and packed with intention. Please review our shipping policy below to know what to expect when your order is on its way.

1. Processing & Handling Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are hand-poured, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items are crafted to perfection.

2. Domestic Shipping (US)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Shipping Methods & Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Candles are shipped priority due to the fact that I work with Soy wax and is delicate to the hotter months. I will ship candles out Monday-Wednesday to avoid them sitting in a warehouse on Sunday 

• Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, standard transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with live carrier information.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Spiritualist Sanctuary is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or delays caused by USPS/carrier transit issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
