• All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our apothecary and fragrance goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Damaged or Defective Items: We take the utmost care in packaging our products safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or if there is an error with your shipment, please reach out to us at SpiritualisySanctuary@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We review each situation individually and will work with you to determine the best resolution.
